Sales Representative - SFO Job

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our remote team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop their sales skills and contribute to a growing organization. No prior experience, diploma, or certification is required; however, proficiency in English is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.

  • Client Engagement: Present and promote our products/services to prospective clients, effectively communicating value propositions.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Passion for Sales: A strong desire to pursue a career in sales and a willingness to learn.

Self-Funded Onboarding Program:

Selected candidates will participate in a comprehensive 3-month training program designed to equip them with essential sales skills and knowledge. This program requires a one-time, employee-funded fee of $1,500, covering training materials, access to sales tools, and mentorship from experienced professionals. Upon successful completion, candidates will have the opportunity to continue with us as full-time Sales Representatives.

Recruitment Process:
