Accountant - SFO Job

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry-Level Accountant to join our remote team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop their accounting skills and contribute to a growing organization. No prior experience, diploma, or certification is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Record Maintenance: Accurately record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, in compliance with established policies and procedures.

  • Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and internal records.

  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements, providing insights into the company’s financial status.

  • Budgeting Support: Collaborate with senior accountants to develop and monitor budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively.

  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure all financial practices adhere to legal standards and regulations, maintaining the integrity of financial data.

Qualifications:

  • Numerical Aptitude: Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.

  • Self-Discipline: Capable of managing time effectively in a remote work environment.

Self-Funded Onboarding Program:

Selected candidates will participate in a comprehensive 3-month training program designed to equip them with essential accounting skills and knowledge. This program requires a one-time, employee-funded fee of $1,500, covering training materials, access to accounting software, and mentorship from experienced professionals. Upon successful completion, candidates will have the opportunity to continue with us as full-time Accountants.
