Responsibilities:
Front-End Development: Design and implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
Back-End Development: Develop server-side logic, manage databases, and integrate APIs to support front-end functionality.
Collaborative Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions.
Testing and Debugging: Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to apply best practices in development projects.
Qualifications:
Passion for Web Development: A genuine interest in building web applications and learning new technologies.
Self-Motivation: Capacity to work independently in a remote setting and manage time efficiently.
Self-Funded Onboarding Program:
Selected candidates will participate in a comprehensive 3-month training program designed to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel as full-stack developers. This program requires a one-time, employee-funded fee of $1,500, covering training materials, access to development tools, and mentorship from experienced professionals. Upon successful completion, candidates will have the opportunity to continue with us as full-time Full-Stack Developers.
Recruitment Process:
