Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Entry-Level Social Media Manager to join our team. This remote position is ideal for individuals passionate about social media and looking to kickstart their career in this field. No prior experience, diploma, or certification is required; however, proficiency in English is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Scheduling and Posting: Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools to ensure consistent online presence.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and messages, fostering positive interactions with our audience.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into our strategies.
Qualifications:
- English Proficiency: Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Passion for Social Media: A keen interest in social media platforms and their best practices.
- Creativity: Ability to generate innovative content ideas that resonate with our target audience.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
Self-Funded Onboarding Program:
Selected candidates will participate in a comprehensive 3-month training program designed to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in social media management. This program requires a one-time, employee-funded fee of $1,500. Upon training completion, candidates will continue with us as full-time Social Media Managers.
Recruitment Process:
